Lauren grew up in the Land of 10,000 Lakes and obtained her B.S in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota. Her adventurous spirit led her to the Pacific Northwest for graduate school. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA. After honeymooning in Colorado, Lauren and her husband couldn’t resist the Rocky Mountains and the advertised “300 days of sunshine per year.” They relocated to Colorado Springs in November 2016 after Lauren was offered a position at Spectrum. She enjoys practicing in an orthopedic setting because she gets to work with a wide variety of conditions and she has the ability to utilize manual therapy techniques. Lauren enjoys adventuring with her husband, hiking in the mountains, sports of all kinds, playing board games, listening to music, petting puppies, cooking, and watching Disney movies. She loves volunteering in her free time and is currently helping with the tech team and student ministries at her church.
