H2O Fitness
H2O fitness is designed for individuals wishing to improve overall fitness and wellbeing.  These classes take place in our Hydrogen Peroxide therapeutic pools and allow participants to take control over the minor conditions that may disallow conventional exercise programs. H2O classes are also a great way to add variety to any fitness regimen. All levels; swimming skills are not necessary. Class limit of 15 and walk-ins are welcome.


Water Tai Chi
Water Tai Chi is water exercise and relaxation program created to help participants enjoy the water in a flowing, yet powerful, progression. Tai Chi increases oxygen and caloric consumption simply with correct form and positioning in the water. It is a perfect relaxation technique for highly stressed, over-challenged clients, and is ideal for creating improved range of motion and mobility. This class combines Tai Chi concepts with Shiatsu and Watsu techniques; it is performed standing in shoulder-deep water using a combination of deep breathing and slow, broad movements of the arms, legs and torso.

Developed for Navy SEALs, TRX Suspension Training highlights bodyweight exercises and develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable training tool that uses gravity and the individual’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. This class is designed for all fitness levels and will enhance any activity goal.
